The City of Herculaneum is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Park Superintendent. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of the City’s parks, playgrounds, and recreational facilities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervising Park maintenance and operations
  • Conducting inspections and ensuring safety compliance
  • Managing splashpad operations
  • Coordinating Park programs and special events

Qualifications:

  • Experience in park operations, maintenance, or related field preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • CPSI and AFO/CPO certifications preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
