The City of Herculaneum is committed to delivering top-notch services. We’re excited to introduce Point and Pay, a secure and convenient way to handle your utility payments online.
Getting Started with Point and Pay:
- Ensure you have your utility bill handy, which contains:
- Your five-digit account number (top right corner).
- Your PIN number (right below the account number).
Please Note:
- If your bill includes a reconnection fee or if your service needs to be restored, contact the Herculaneum Water Department directly. Online payments cannot address reconnection requirements.
How to Make Your Payment Online:
- Visit the Utility Bill Payment Portal.
- Enter your account number in the search box and confirm the correct address is displayed.
- Input your PIN number and click SUBMIT to view the balance due.
- Specify the payment amount and select MAKE PAYMENT.
Payment Details:
- A convenience fee of 3% or a minimum of $2.00 will apply.
- The payment form will auto-fill with your name and address. Verify that this matches your credit card information and do not modify the utility account number.
- After entering your payment details, click CONTINUE to process your payment.
Post-Payment Information:
- Your payment will post within 1 to 2 business days.

The City of Herculaneum is delighted to present the Direct Pay Plan, a complimentary service that automates your utility payments, ensuring they’re hassle-free and on time.

- Convenience: Your commitments are met on time, perfect for when you’re away.
- Reliability: Avoid misplaced bills; payments are never late.
- Cost-Effective: Eliminate postage costs.
- Simple Enrollment: Signing up is quick and straightforward.
- No Late Fees: Never incur late charges again.
How It Works:
- Authorize automatic payments from your bank account.
- Payments occur on the 20th of each month (or the next business day).
- Your bank statement will confirm each payment.
Maintaining Control:
- This authorization continues until you opt to cancel in writing.
- Your utility bill will display the payment amount.
- Use the authorization form to modify or discontinue your enrollment.
